Steve joined TLF in June 2025 as General Manager – Business. A Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge from a diverse range of industries, including telecommunications, healthcare and financial services with previous roles at Vodafone, Lumino the Dentists and KPMG. Steve also spent 9 years in London working in the investment banking industry with Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan, and Credit Suisse. At TLF, Steve is responsible for overseeing Financial Management, Grants, Compliance, and ICT operations. Outside of work, Steve is a dedicated father of three, a youth rugby coach, and enjoys motorcycle riding and waterskiing. He’s a passionate supporter of the Blues, Warriors, North Shore Rugby Club, Chelsea FC (EPL), and Auckland FC.
