Our legal obligations and culture of care require us to ensure staff at this venue chat to you more about your gambling.
The following are the 7 deemed signs of harm, where venue staff will have a formal conversation with you if:
· 2 or more cash withdrawals from ATM or EFTPOS in 1 day for the purpose of gambling
· You play the machines consecutively for 3 hours without a break
· Attempting to borrow money from staff or customers for gambling
· Waiting to gamble before the venue opens
· Leaving children in a car or otherwise left unattended at the venue
· Refusing to stop gambling when the venue is closing, or appearing unable to stop gambling
· You are visibly distressed or angry either during or after gambling
